Stencils Here, Stencils There, Stencils Everywhere… Including HGTV Magazine AND Architectural Digest!
Good morning, my DIY friends! Today we have a double dose of stencil goodness. Just yesterday we were jumping for joy at spotting Cutting Edge Stencils inside This Old House Magazine and we’re still gushing over the pretty awesome stair stencil tutorial on One Kings Lane. This time we’ve spotted our stencils in HGTV Magazine’s October 2013 issue AND Architectural Digest November 2013 issue! Can we get a double WOOHOO? We’re kind of feeling like the popular kids on the playground this week. So what exactly did we spot inside these prestigious titles? Well it just so happens that two of our gorgeous geometric stencils, the Entwined Allover Stencil and the Nagoya Allover Stencil, were seen gracing their pages.
Can you spot the stencil on page 18 of HGTV Magazine‘s You Showed Us section? We knew you would! That gorgeous bedroom happens to belong to Stacy Naquin, interior designer. She painted the wall behind her bed Intense White by Benjamin Moore. Then she added our Entwined Allover Stencil in Folk Art Silver Sterling Metallic. Stacy says, “Bold graphic patterns used to be the exception, but now they are the rule. Even those homeowners who haven’t historically liked pattern are finding ways to incorporate it into their homes.” And we feel there’s no better way to incorporate pattern than with a stencil. It’s simple, customizable and easy to change!
Now let’s flip through the November issue of Architectural Digest. Do you see what we see on page 210 within the Before and After section? Yup that’s our Nagoya Allover Stencil. Designer Michael S. Smith was asked by a close friend to “dramatically reimagine” a retreat located on the Spanish island of Majorca. His goal was not to knock down a single wall yet to drastically change its appearance. Michael accomplished just that! Using paint and patterns that were inspired by the region, he reinstated the old world charm in the home. Michael used our geometric Nagoya design to embellish the simple white walls of the living room. The end result is absolutely stunning!
Whether you choose to go bold with color or subtle with sheen, stencils are a great way to spruce up your home and give your space a little love!

Recently I was extremely low on cash and debts were eating me from all sides! That was UNTIL I decided to make money on the internet. I went to surveymoneymaker dot net, and started filling in surveys for cash, and surely I’ve been far more able to pay my bills! I’m so glad, I did this.. – 200z
