Well how do you do, my stencil lovin’ bohemian friends? If you haven’t had a chance to check out the NEW Beach Decor Stencil Collection make sure you do so and enter our stencil giveaway on the blog. Ok, so we happen to be browsing one of our favorite sites, Apartment Therapy, when we stumbled on Kristen & Michelle’s House Tour that had us in awe! Wondering why we were so amazed? Well they managed to combine killer style, fearless DIY skills and a healthy mix of vintage finds and modern furnishings. Sounds pretty UN-believable, right?
Stolen Item No. 1: Dining Room Curtains
We are in LOVE with this modern yet unconventional dining room! Relaxed yet achievable is how we see this space. Those patterned curtains could easily be replicated with a little help from one of our stencil patterns!
To STEAL THE LOOK of the curtains in this dining room, use Cutting Edge Stencils’ Fuji Stencil, a modern geometric design. Consider stenciling color like Benjamin Moore’s brown horse 2108-30. It’s a deep and dependable shade of brown with a velvety softness making it the perfect choice for a window treatment!
Stolen Item No. 2: Moroccan Stenciled Paneled Wall
Now this look is not as hard to steal! :) This gorgeous Moroccan stenciled wall happens to be one of our stencils. Kristen and Michelle added a little pattern punch to their living space by stenciling on a paneled wall. Didn’t know you could stencil on paneling? Well then you need to read our post, Stenciling a Paneled Wall- Yes! It’s Possible. But first let us tell you how to get this gorgeous look!
To STEAL THE LOOK of the living room, use Cutting Edge Stencils’ Moroccan Dram Stencil. Choose a neutral gray hue like Benjamin Moore’s timber wolf 1600 for the stencil and old prairie 2143-50 for the base of the wall. The result? STUNNING!
Stolen Look No. 3: Cameo Wall Art
We love wall art and better yet we love stenciling wall art. So when we saw this framed cameo hanging in their home tour we got thinkin’!
To STEAL THE LOOK of this wall art, use our Cameo Ladies 3pc Stencil in a deep, dark hue like Benjamin Moore’s black panther 2125-10 over a white like old prairie 2143-50! Easy peasy and you’ll gorgeous looking wall art!
Stolen Look No. 4: Paisley Bedding
Does that bedding have you thinking it would be perfect for your modern, bohemian space? We were crushing on it’s candy pink sweetness too! The great news is that we have a similar pattern at hand for your own disposal! Let’s get crafting…
To STEAL THE LOOK of this bedroom bedding, use our Paisley Allover Stencil in a pink candy hue like Benjamin Moore’s pretty in pink 1334 and a POP of lime green like perennial 405! It’s almost a perfect match to the design of this bedding!
We told you this home tour was pretty UN-believable. But wait, before you go we want to share the backyard with you. It’s not stenciled but it’s loaded with fun, color filled diy projects! See the whole house tour here.
