This popular geometric wall stencil is perfect for stenciling an accent wall in a bedroom or in a modern gender-neutral nursery. Our wall stencils feature an easy and intuitive registration system for accurate alignment.
Try this stencil with our 'almost famous' Clip-on Stencil Level, (sold separately) and discover how easy it is to achieve perfectly level results without dealing with all those bulky heavy bubble levels and annoying laser levels.
Stenciling on rough or textured walls may contribute to increased paint bleed. For more information on stenciling on textured walls, see our F.A.Q. section.
Most of our stencils do not require the use of spray adhesive, however this wall pattern can definitely benefit from it. If you want to minimize paint seepage or are using high contrasting colors, spray adhesive is very helpful (Elmer's spray adhesive seems to be the best). Make sure you shake the can well and lightly mist (not drench) the stencil, and let it dry for a moment before positioning it on the wall. This step will prevent the adhesive residue transferring to the wall. You'll need to re-mist the stencil after a few repeats. Clean-up tip: Spray the stencil with Simple Green to help to remove adhesive residue.
Our wall stencil is made out of durable 10 mil mylar. This material is strong but flexible, reusable and easy to clean. We love stenciling with it! It's not brittle, user friendly and just so easy to work with. In our many years of professional stenciling this material has proven to be far superior in quality to any other stencil material we used. Our customers love it too, and we are sure that you'll notice the difference! Our stencils will last a long time and are a pleasure to use.

"Easy to use stencil. I even managed to get good results on my textured wall did this one using a stencil brush only because I couldn’t get good control of the amount of paint when I tried using a roller"
"This stencil pattern is beautiful and the quality of the stencil itself is great. It arrived quicker than the ETA. I have stencilled four rooms in my house with much ease using cutting edge stencils prior to purchasing the dotted herringbone pattern. Since the dots on this stencil are so small and need to be perfectly circular as your eye can easily detect a misshapen circle, this stencil is a bit trickier to achieve perfection, less forgiving, more time consuming and difficult to get around door trims, corners and window frames. I would definitely purchase a stencil from this company again, however I would not try to do another room using this stencil due to it's finicky nature."

"Now that we're working from home and in our home office all day every day, I got tired of staring at blank white walls. Thought a solid color might be too much, so stenciling was perfect! I like that this pattern is super clean and modern but still minimal and unobtrusive. I have textured walls, so I knew it would be a bit of a challenge. It took a few panels to really get the hang of it (which stencil brush to use, how much paint to load on the brush, how much pressure to use, etc. ), but it's doable! There is definitely some seepage in several spots, some rows/dots appear heavier than others, and some panels weren't perfectly lined up with the last panel. . . but I actually don't mind. It has a done-by-hand character to it. :) Elmer's spray adhesive was absolutely crucial to do this on textured walls (I could do about two panels before I had to spray more adhesive on), as was the quick-drying flat finish paint. I used a 1" stencil brush for the most part, VERY lightly loaded with paint and using a light swirling motion to build up coverage. One thing I didn't notice until too late: As you use the stencil over and over, paint builds up on the stencil and the holes become smaller. I noticed about halfway through, and at that point it would have looked weird to wash the stencil and then suddenly have larger dots again. So I just continued with the dots getting gradually smaller—very possible no one would notice but me. But if I do it again I might clean off the stencil after each column or something. Overall very very happy with how it turned out! And now I want to stencil everything in my house. :)"
