Cutting Edge Stencils Is Featured In HGTV Magazine's Jan/Feb Issue!
Happy Friday, my home decor loving friends! Cutting Edge Stencils was super excited to open the Jan/Feb issue of one of our favorite DIY magazines, HGTV Magazine, and spot our gorgeous Cascade Allover Stencil pattern. The latest issue is filled with easy ways to decorate with creativity rather than cash. You know we love easy and affordable DIY ideas involving stencils! Here is what we spotted inside the latest issue.

1. Kristin used painter’s tape to tape off a rectangle with indented corners. Then she painted the rectangle white. Be sure to remove the tape while the paint is still wet and let the wall dry.
2. Tape the stencil to the rectangle using blue painter’s tape. Then apply your paint using a dense foam roller. For this project, Kristin used the Cascade Allover Stencil and hot pink acrylic craft paint.
3. Cut pieces of molding to the same dimensions as the stenciled rectangle on the wall and paint them gold.
4. Once the molding is dry, nail it to the wall around the stenciled accent.
If you love this idea, then you'll love the rest of the DIY ideas featured in the Jan/Feb2015 issue of HGTV Magazine.
What do you think of this Cascade stenciled wall accent? We'd love to hear your thoughts so leave us a comment below!
