Before she stenciled the drop cloths did she add a hem to the top for hanging and a hem at the bottom?
Hi Jo Elaine,
Please read Tanya’s full, detailed blog post to get the full description of how she went about prepping these curtains!

She realized there were quite a few options to choose from, so she explains how she picked the best one, and even shows you the best ones in a photo! She purchased her drop cloths with all 4 sides already hemmed, but she did have to do some adjusting (like adding a rod pocket)! She explains step by step her process and how she fixed them to fit her needs!
Hope this helps!
I would gladly paint drop cloths for curtains for our bedroom. Been wanting new curtains for when bedroom is painted and have not seen anything I would buy, not even at Tuesday Morning. Would only need 4 panels if they’re wide enuf for our bedroom windows. Have been thinking of doing this anyway and now am really interested. Just need to figure out where I could do painting. Kneeling on floor is not an option for me, have 2 knee replacements. Love all these awesome ideas.
Hi JaneEllen,
Try using a large table like a dining room or folding table but be sure to put a plastic table cloth underneath your projects. Stenciled curtains are great way to create beautiful window coverings for less.
