The curtains are great looking. I think the drop cloths should have been prewashed and dried though because of shrinkage.

Thank you for the tip! We don’t know exactly how she prepped the curtains but they did come out great! You can always also seal the paint by ironing the drop cloths, this sets the paint in nicely and with proper care your curtains will last for a long time :)
Sure have thought of stenciling drop cloths for curtains. Problem is deciding what pattern to stencil then finding big enuf space to lay out cloths to stencil them. Have dog and cat that love to be wherever we are when doing something. Maybe bathroom floor, keep door shut while stenciling til dry. Thinking this thru as I typed, lol. Still have problem of what pattern to stencil.
This post has me considering painting drop cloths for our bedroom more seriously.
