A Roses Allover Stenciled Nursery
Stencils Add Vintage Charm To A Girl's Nursery
Welcome back, my Cutting Edge Stencils fans! Are you looking to create the perfect nursery for your little princess? Maybe a space that is filled with subtle patterns, soft colors, and vintage decor items. Wall stencils are the perfect way to add a subtle pattern and a dash of personality. Today we're excited to share a stenciled girl's nursery filled to the brim with vintage charm.

Laura decided to paint an accent wall behind the crib. First she painted the back wall white, similar to Benjamin Moore's simply white OC-117. Then she used blue painters tape to adhere the stencil to the wall and painted the floral pattern using a color similar to Benjamin Moore's hint of pink.
She poured her paint into a paper plate and painted the pattern using a dense foam roller. After each section was painted, she would reposition the stencil to paint the next section. She did this until the entire accent wall was painted.
Once the stencil was complete, Laura decorated the nursery using items found on Pottery Barn Baby. She said, "All of the walls were painted in a very light pink (almost white) with splashes of muted pink and mint to bring out the vintage feel." Ready to see how this vintage chic nursery turned out?
Here is a close-up of the Roses Allover Stencil pattern.
Laura had this to say about her stencil project, "We stenciled this pattern with a very soft, light, neutral pink paint over white. We wanted this feature wall to be very subtle, And it truly completes this sweet nursery."
