Trellis Stencil Spotted on HGTV’s Power Broker Bathroom Makeover
Good morning, my DIY loving friends! Boy has Cutting Edge Stencils been popular this past month! It started with a stencil mention in the July issue of This Old House, then our stencil cameo on the premiere episode of HGTV’s Power Broker, and another stencil feature in the July Land of the Nod catalog! And it just doesn’t seem to stop (which is a totally a good thing in our eyes)! Last night we were spotted again on another episode of HGTV ‘s Power Broker! WAHOO! Can you feel our stencil excitement? Don’t worry we’re not letting our stenciled stardom go to our heads. We couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of all your support! But just for the fun of it, let’s rehash the juicy deets of our fab stencil spotting on Power Broker!
What’s it all About: Power Broker Episode II
Well a young coupl,e Nelson and Delaney Coelho, have been hunting for their first home for 6 long months – and, in the meantime, have been living with Nelson’s parent’s to save money. While they more than appreciate Nelson’s parents, they can be a bit overbearing and they’re more than ready to buy their first home together and move into the next phase of their lives, on their own! The problem? They are having a hard time finding a home that fits their needs with a price tag they can afford. Fortunately, they have Power Broker Mike Aubrey on their side — with his export knowledge of the housing market and top notch negotiating skills, there is no doubt he will be able to help them find a nest of their own!
A Look Inside the Bathroom Makeover
Awhile ago, our bestie and interior design magician for HGTV Alice T Chan, contacted us about a pilot TV program that involved several makeover projects. We were ecstatic to say the least about her design projects and its been even more thrilling to see them come to life on TV! Here is the bathroom before Alice got her stenciling fingers on it…
Here she is working her stenciling magic.
Are you ready for the big reveal? After working her interior design magic, Alice designed this stunning bathroom using our Trellis Allover Stencil. Are you a little jealous of Nelson and Delaney? We sure are! This bathroom is GAW-GEOUS!
