French Panel Detail

This is a closer look at stenciled French Panels and Border.  The panels in this Living Room were stenciled using our Versailles Grand Panel and Versailles Side Panel. For the ceiling border we used Versailles Border Stencil.  As you can see, we painted faux blue frames around panels instead of installing real 3d molding. For corners we used our Rosette stencil, and trimmed the blue frames with golden Laurel Leaf Border stencil. Highly detailed stencils like these help you to create a hand-painted look in much shorter time. We always add hand-painted touches to our stenciling to enhance the look, but even with minimal or no hand painting the result is fantastic. This is a great wall decor idea for sophisticated dining room or living room.
