Chinoiserie Ceiling

This breathtaking ceiling was stenciled by us for our arts and crafts Dining Room. Japanese maple leaves were stenciled over gold leaf patina background. You can use gold leaf or metallic gold paint and glaze  to achieve a similar look. For leaf stencils we suggest using opaque acrylics or latex paints, this way you'll achieve good 1 coat coverage when overlapping your beautiful autumn colored leaves. Branches can be hand painted or easily stenciled with our Branch stencils. Great decorating idea for any ceiling in your home.
