Stenciling Green Bedroom Home Decor with Craft Stencils
Speaking for Cutting Edge Stencils, I can confidently say that we truly adore the stencil projects our bloggers post on their sites! The following two bedroom furniture pieces were stenciled using Cutting Edge Stencils‘ stencil patterns and green paint!
Jessica, from the blog Stay at Home-ista, stenciled a nightstand table with our Aladdin Small Craft Stencil and green acrylic paint! She used our How-To Stencil Videos to get a visual of what the project entailed since she was a first time DIY stenciler, and learned a few tricks of the trade! Jessica used spray-adhesive to secure the stencil to the nightstand, and a dense foam roller to quickly apply the paint in even coats! She also painted the feet of the nightstand with the same color as the stencil to make it POP! We love it!
Holly, from the blog My Sister’s Suitcase, stenciled her daughter’s dresser with Cutting Edge Stencils Nagoya Medium Craft Stencil. She used Behr’s Pepper Green paint, a dense foam roller, and painters tape to create this super crisp stencil design! Holly suggests (and we agree) using very little paint to start, and only adding more once the prior coat of paint is dry! She also found it very easy to match up the interlocking pattern of the stencil and gushed about how easy it was to clean the stencil! Fabulous job, Holly!
